Production Meeting 1

As part of the pre production process we had to have production meetings as part of our production team. During these meetings we utilised the time using it to discuss and plan how we were going to proceed with making our music video. In this first meeting we discussed plans to film talking about filming dates and making a schedule as we all needed to be available and we found that a lot of us had conflicting schedules which meant it was cruicial that we organise specific times to film. We also began to plan the details of each location and what scenes would need to be filmed when and who needed to be involved, what props/costumes where needed and what equipment we would need for each day of filming. When discussing locations we were torn deciding which shopping centre to use Romford or Lakeside, in the end we decided on Lakeside. Although Romford was closer Lakeside was bigger and we decided this would look better for our music video. We also had to spend some time deciding which school to film at as we are based at two different schools in the end we decided to film at both in order to get the most amount of footage and also to and some vareity to the school in our film.
